Olivia moved to the area and started working in the Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest community in 2001 in Real Estate. Working in rentals both holiday & permanent, and then working for Geoff Cox at Creighton Properties developing house and land packages, she has developed some long standing relationships with both residents of the area and those with investment properties.
